The main goal:Determine the effect of Benson relaxation technique on quality of life in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Design: In this study, 25 patients suffering from breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy regimen (Taksvtr, Dryamaysyn, cyclophosphamide) TAC; the total units in the study filled out questionnaires 3 times. Inclusion criteria: willing to participate in research; ability to answer questions; have a chemotherapy regimen used for samples; being familiar with Persian language; primary breast cancer; age between 25-50 years old; not having a history of mental illness; between second to fourth courses of chemotherapy; unilateral mastectomy surgery and not having other chronic disease. Exclusion criteria: participate in counseling and educational programs at the second intervention; radiotherapy concurrently with chemotherapy; risk of psychosis and the use of psychoactive drugs and no clinical signs of metastasis to other body parts. Intervention: Benson relaxation to breast cancer patients by tape and they listen to tape for 3 weeks; ( during this time the researcher speak to patients by telephone and followed the patients) the quality of life questionnaire were filled.
