This randomized clinical trial will be conducted to assess the role of periodontal surgery on C-reactive proteins in comparison with routine treatment in the patients with average to progressive generalized periodontal. In this study eighty patients will be recruited who are 28-37 years old with average to progressive generalized periodontal and will randomly be divided to two groups. The control group will be treated by current periodontal and surgery in the intervention group. The medical and periodontal parameters, before and six months after treatment will be measured and compared between groups.
