Comparing the effect of play , drawing and video on the pre-operative anxiety and post-operative behavioral changes in 3-12 years old children admitted to hospital Kashani .
Objective: To compare the effectiveness of play, film and paintings draw on anxiety and postoperative behavioral changes in children 12-5 years old. Designed by trial 3. Participants in the study inclusion criteria: 1 - Cooperation with the intervention of child 2 - child's verbal ability of 3 - having to ability of physical and mental 4 - Parental Consent 5 - Having at least one parent with a child. Exclusion criteria: 1 - Lack of psychiatric or behavioral problem known 2 - absence of pain during the intervening 3 - Lack of mental retardation in children 4. Size of sample: 120 patients in the intervention and control groups 5. How to do and interventions: group interactive game, interactive games for the intervention group will be under an hour, so that they are in groups of 2 to 4 persons will be asked to collaborate with the dough and brick forms (with interest) Painting, drawing groups: children in this group will be a drawing for an hour to draw. Department of Film: Children in this group for an hour to watch a movie (comedy cartoon) will. Control group: routine pre-operative preparation (vs control and being NPO) 6. Time of intervention: 6 to 12 months 7. Main outcome variables: preoperative anxiety and behavioral changes after hospitalization

Drawing Painting groups: children in this group for an hour in the same room to be ready to draw a painting group.Thus aftre lationshiper treatment by a therapist with children and put the necessary tools ( paper, pencils and crayons and eraser) they will be asked to paint your favorite color.
