The aim of this study was to determine the efficacy of nasal irrigation with saline to reduce the amount of S. aureus carriers. This study is a blinded, randomized clinical trial. 100 nurses working in Hajar hospital with inclusion criteria: staff and nurses working in different wards. Exclusion criteria: colds; Respiratory diseases .sd personnel after sampling S.aureus nose and nasal irrigation with normal saline doing sampling for the presence of Staphylococcus Vmjdda checked 30 minutes later.the absence of S. aureus in the sample will be considered positive.
