This study aimed to determine the effect extracorporeal shock wave in Tennis elbow. This before-after study done on 40 patients with Tennis elbow that treated with ESWT. Exclusion criteria include; neck and shoulder dysfunction and arthritis. All patients will be evaluated for pain intensity using VAS and upper limb function by QUICK DASH questionnaire before and 15 and 45 days after intervention.

Inclusion criteria: People of both sexes aged 20 to 60 years who have no treatment without self treatment of analgesia
Exclusion criteria: Evidence of neck and shoulder dysfunction; Topical arthritis; Polyarthritis; General neurological disorders; Pregnancy; Infections; Tumors; Fractures of the elbow; Known hypothyroidism; Carpal tunnel syndrome
