The aim of this study is to compare the Effect of Instrumental Music and voices of Holy Quran on anxiety of woman before cesarean.method is experimental pretest-posttest with control group. 45 women waiting for cesarean section were assigned randomly in three groups (music therapy, voices of the Quran and control group). All groups were tested with the Spielberger's State Anxiety Inventory, before intervention. Then 20 minutes the instrumental music for music group and voices of the Quran for voices of the Quran group was played. Spielberger's State Anxiety again was performed in three groups.
