Design

Multi -stage Sampling Method. As a First Step, aList of Travel Agencies in Rasht, along with the Number of Drivers Employed, will be provided. Using the Address of the Agencies in the Eastern District of Rasht as an Intervention Group and Western Agencies in the City of Rasht, they were Randomly Assigned to the Control Group. With in each Cluster, 14 Randomly Selected Agencies are Selected as a Random Sample. In the Agencies, by Sampling, up to a Sample Size, 68 People will be Sampled (Assuming no More than 5 People are Active at any Moment in each Agency). The Control Group will also be Selected in the Western Part of Rasht by the Same Method.

Settings and conduct

To Educate Drivers, We First Ask Them Which Days Are More Free And Then Invite Them To The College's Amphitheater To Teach Them That Day.
The Research Units Are Willing And Willing To Enter The Study And The Questionnaire Before The Implementation Of The Curriculum Is Compulsory With All The Limitations Through Self-Report By Them. Then, Appropriate Educational Content Will Be Determined Based On The Needs Assessment And The Outcome Analysis Of The First Stage, Depending On Which Structure Is Affected, And The Methods Of Lecture, Discussion, Focus Group, ... Will Be Used To Train The Participants. In Order To Evaluate The Effect Of Educational Intervention, The Same Questionnaire Will Be Completed By The Participants Two Months After The Last Training Session.

Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria

Entry requirements: Driving and having a case at the Union of Tourist Institutions.
Exit Conditions: Unwillingness to continue to participate in the study at each stage of the research and absence will be considered more than once in the intervention sessions.
