The aim of this study is evaluation the effect of ascorbic asid on oxidative stress during dental bleaching, was done in patients want to bleached discolorations of their teeth. People with severe tooth sensitivity, pregnant and milking women excluted form trial. This study was done in 30 patients, to evaluate the effect of daily application of 1 geram of vitamin C on urinary level of malondialdehyde during 20 days.

Exclusion: People with dental or systemic problems that bleaching contraindicated fo them; people with special disease or diet ( for exampleconsumption of multi vitamines with antioxidation capacity) that oxidant-antioxidant level is changing; pregnant and milking women; people with severe tooth sensitivity
