The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of oral glucose consumption on the score of bio-physical profile in pregnant women. Inclusion criteria: pregnant women; gestational ages between 32 to 40 weeks; singleton pregnancy; fetus without anomalies and exclusion criteria: hypertension and diabetes mellitus. In first, the score of bio-physical profile will be collected from 94 pregnant women of fasting, then control group will consume 200 cc of water and case group will consume 50 g oral glucose dissolved in 200 cc of water. Between 20 to 30 minutes after consumption of the solution, the score of bio-physical profile in both groups is recalculated.

Method of measurement
For each vaiable, if the patient has normal conditions then score of 2 is recorded. Otherwise, no score is recorded. The highest possible score for a natural birth rate of 10 and the lowest score is zero.
