The aim of this study was to determine The effect of positive thinking training on hope and spiritual well-being in patients with coronary artery diseases (CADs) referring to Imam Reza clinic in Shiraz . The inclusion criteria in this study included: patients with coronary heart disease,; interested in Participating in the study, the ability to read and write, Residence in Shiraz. Exclusion criteria included: participating in similar training courses, more than one session absence, having mental disorders (such as depression), having severe visual and hearing problems.
Sample size of this study is 90 patients with coronary artery disease referred to Imam Reza clinic. Patients randomly are divided into two groups; controls and Treatment groups.
positive thinking training are hold for Treatment group in 7 sessions and then level of hope and spiritual health of these patients are measured by questionnaires.
