The aim of this study was to determine the impact of implementing evidence-based guidelines to improve the care of patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted to the coronary care unit of Hazrat Fatima (sa) in Kerman, Iran. Time of patient satisfaction with care questionnaire (PSI) is examined. The guidelines for evidence-based nursing in acute coronary syndrome patients and recorded instructions on how to use the nursing process in accordance with two days of staff training will be given to 8 hours. The emphasis is on the implementation of these guidelines. Educational content includes explanation and definition of evidence-based guidelines for nursing, nursing process. Steps are defined and explained in the chart, explaining the various forms of registered nursing process, treated leaf and leaves nursing care. Standard time cards registered nursing process steps can be attached to patient records. To address potential problems in the registration form again two weeks later, a meeting will be held to fix the bugs and the results are compared. Inclusion criteria are nurses in coronary care unit and patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted to the intensive care unit. Exclusion criteria: lack of cooperation from the nurses at the nurses dispensing orientation program during the course of treatment for patients who suffer a crisis like the code to be.

Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria for nurses: nursing degree or post-graduate degree in nursing; working in CCU.
Inclusion criteria for patients: patients with unstable angina in coronary intensive care nurse for more than 24 hours to be admitted; patients admitted to the coronary intensive care unit nurse with a diagnosis of myocardial infarction with or without ST-segment elevation who are hospitalized for more than 24 hours; patients with the disease may not be involved in long-term complications.
Exclusion criteria: Cancel nurses continued cooperation, lack of orientation programs for nurses and patients during the treatment process are coded with a crisis condition
