The present study investigates the effect of partnership care model quality of sleep in hemodialysis patients is done. The 52 patients chosen for inclusion criteria: age between 18 and 60 years, the desire to participate in the study and patients undergoing hemodialysis for at least 3 months, patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The inability to communicate and complete a questionnaire to be excluded. Baseline demographic and sleep questionnaires completed both phases of the partnership care model that included: motivation, preparation, and evaluation engaged in groups 3 months to objects. Sleep quality scores 1 month after the intervention compared to per-intervention data. Sleep quality scores, 1 month after the intervention, the scores are compared to data on the effectiveness of this method to improve the quality of sleep and quality of life in hemodialysis patients and other patients we help.

Description
. After gathering data in the per-test stage Participant Care Model was implemented for patients with maintenance hemodialysis in the intervention group according to its four steps (Motivation, Readying, Involvement and Evaluation) for two months. The post test was carried out three months after the intervention.
