Objective: To identify a suitable antiseptic solution in terms of cost-effectiveness and acceptability of the surgical team
between the surgeon and operating room staff were the number one and two so that 33 people were taken to hospital. Different from those at 33 days and at 29 days with Betadine scrub made with different Sylvspt. Before and after an hour and then scrub and scrub the hands of the individuals were sampled, and the samples were transported to the laboratory transmission medium.

In an experimental study, selected participants from surgical team members of Amir Hospital in Semnan were participated to scrub their hands with SilvoSept and povidone iodine, in two separate times. Dominant hand was sampled 3 times to get microbial cultures: before scrubbing, after drying, and after an hour. Participants were asked about each solution's utilities.
