This experimental study to determine the effectiveness of training programs on emotional intelligence Neuro nurses will perform. The study population consisted of 60 nurses working in the hospital for at least one year of clinical experience and a bachelor's degree will be. Initial sampling method, based on objective and allocation controls and test samples will be taken at random. For groups of 8 hours tabloid strategy planning workshop will be held theological nerve. Pre-test and post-test one week after holding workshops of both groups is done using emotional intelligence questionnaire.
