This study aimed to determine the "The effect of tacit knowledge`s transfer on clinical decision making through story-telling" will be performed. Inclusion criteria include having at least a bachelor's degree in nursing; at least one year of clinical practice and exclusion criteria include dissatisfaction of participants; previous experience in the similar workshop or training courses. The study population consisted of all nurses in Bushehr professional heart center. In this project, 60 nurses participated in the study that using Excel software will be randomly selected. Pre-test of the experimental and control group will be obtained. For the experimental group, storytelling workshops with the participation of experts will be held for 8 hours. Participants will voluntarily express anecdotal memories and experts will analysis content of expressed stories and if necessary, will provide suitable solution. Post-test will be taken of the group immediately after the end of the 8 hours workshop. To evaluate the effectiveness of training, then re-test will be taken of the experimental group within one month after the workshop. For the control group will be formed any workshop and post-test will be taken within one month after receiving the pre-test. Order to ethics of research after the end of the dissertation offered educational materials for the control group.
