The effect of transmission of knowledge through reminiscence in the intervention group and lack of training in the control group on the nurses’ moral sensitivity
This study will be carried out with the aim to set the effects of transmission of knowledge through reminiscences moral sensitivity of the practitioner nurses at the educational Persian Gulf martyrs hospital, Bushehr. The inclusion criterion to the study includes: 1- The bachelor degree in nursing 2- At least one year clinical experience 3- Consent to participate in the study, And the exclusion criterion to the study includes: precedent participation in educational work shop or similar educational courses.
The studious society is constitution of practitioner nurses at the educational Persian Gulf martyrs hospital, Bushehr. About 68 nurses will be participated in this project, and by utilizing the random table, casually are placed in two groups. Pre exam will be taken from the intervention and control groups. Eight hours reminiscences meeting will have been held for intervention group with the presences of experience experts.
The sample will voluntary state their memories and experience experts will analysis the content of memories which has been stated, and in the case of necessity they will provided the convenient solution.
Post Exam will be taken simultaneously from the intervention and control groups. After the end of 8 hours educational meeting.
To evaluate the effectiveness of education the post exam taken again from intervention and control groups within one month after the meeting.
The educational meeting won't be held for the control group. To respect the ethics in inquiry the educational items of the meeting will be provided for the control group.
