the main objective of this study was to assess the impact of empowerment model on the ability of parents in the care of febrile children. The main inclusion criteria is parents of children aged 6 months to 5 years, the main exclusion criteria are having a child with a chronic illness and parents with mental disorders. 80 of Parents referred to health centers in Bushehr will be selected by Systematic random sampling. and randomly will be divided into intervention and control groups. After filling out the questionnaire, the intervention group will receive an educational intervention based on an empowering model in two session. An educational booklet will be given to the participants .The control group will receive routine care. During one month and a half, researchers will follow up the intervention group for compliance of the intervention with a phone call. After passing the follow up period, the post test will be done and then the findings well be analyzed. Expected outcomes of this study will be changes in Knowledge, Attitude and practice and the ability of parents.
