180 random samples of 30 patients with type 2 and 3 patients with candidal denture stomatitis are selected and divided into two groups (Group 1: nystatin mouthwash 4 times a day for 14 days and every 30 drops, Group 2: Traditional 2 tablespoons of mouthwash Grape vinegar and 5 tablespoons rosewater 3 times a day for two weeks) are divided. In the third stage, a week apart from each patient with a lesion swab samples were taken from the mucosa.. The saliva is collected into a sterile tube and lid.
Samples plated on CHROMagar medium for identification of Candida albicans. A microdilution method is used for detection of inhibition of fungal growth by nystatin or traditional mouthwash.The patient will be asked your dentures at night to put a pot of water and oral exam at denture stomatitis patients referred for evaluation of disease symptoms occurs.

Description
Case: Use of traditional mouthwash. Traditional mouthwash containing 5 tablespoons Rose water, 2 tablespoons vinegar grape (70 ml) three times daily for two weeks. The patient will be asked to half an hour after taking the Do not eat or drink. Amount The mouthwash is available to individuals in separate vials. All patients improved tissue compatibility dentures, the tissue conditioner used.
