Objective: To determine the effect of sleep hygiene on the incidence of heart disrhythmia in patients with acute inferior myocardial , inclusion criteria: (a) absence of chronic disorders of sleep before admission; (b) the risk of Acute lower infarction; (c) awareness All of the time and place and environment; (D) Lack of patient addiction to drugs , exclusion criteria: (a) had clinical deterioration; (b) discharged before the third day; (c) the death of the patient population; patients with acute myocardial lower infarction ,sample size of 31 patients in the intervention group and 31 patients in the intervention group Interfere with the observation of sleep hygiene in the treatment group included: reduction of noise, flashing the phone, eat a glass of milk before bedtime by patients, providing individual circumstances before sleeping habits for the patient; Reducing artificial light in a second night in hospital after measuring the number of Pulse and blood pressure and heart rhythm atrial tachycardia and ventricular tachycardia The second day in the intervention group and the control group , Primary outcome: reduction in blood pressure and pulse rate and heart rhythm number two atrial and two ventricular tachycardia tachycardia heart rhythm
