This study aimed to determine the impact of spiritual care on spiritual health of amphetamin abusers. Inclusion criteria include diagnosis of amphetamin abuse, no sign of disorder in insight or judgement at the time of entery to the study, ability to read and write, age range between 20 to 45 years, no participation in Narcotic Annonymous or such groups before entery to the study and no comorbid psychiatric disorder via amphetamin abuse. Exclusion criteria include early discharge before end of the study, declaring comorbid psychiatric disorder via amphetamin abuse and any sign of disorder in insight or judgement during the study. The study population include 180 hospitalized amphetamin abusers in Tehran Razi Psychiatric Center which 84 research sample identified due to inclusion criteria which 81 person at the end participated in the study(41 in case group and 40 in control group) and spiritual care package including active listening and hope fasciliation were performed for case group in 40 days. Spiritusl health of participants was evaluated by Jarel spiritual well-being questionnare before entery and at the end of the study.

Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
Inclusion Criteria: All officially diagnosed Amphetamin abusers due to DSM-IV-TR criteria which should be hospitalized; Entery to study should be at least after 10 days of hospitalization which response to treatmet has already began; At the time of entery patient should have no sign of psychosis or any problem which can affect his judgment; Age range between 20 to 45 years; Ability to read and write for the intervention requiers that; Patient officially declare his tendency to participate in the study; Patient has no comorbid psychiatric disorder via amphetamin abuse; Patient has not been participated in Narcotic Annonymous or such groups before entery to this study.
Exclusion criteria: Early discharge during the intervention or before end of the study; Any sign of psychosis which can affect patinet's judgment during the study; Patinet's tendency to quit the study; Declring comorbid psychiatric disorder via Amphetamin abuse by a psychiatrist during the study.
