The aim of this study to determine the effect of education quality of life on self-Esteem of patients treated with hemodialysis was performed.
This study is clinical trial. Sample size 90 subjects (in each group n= 45)(Inclusion criteria: The subjects ought to be older than 18 years; at least 6 months have been passed from their start of dialysis & Exclusion criteria: Have a history of kidney transplant; Have a history of mental health problems) that were selected randomly method in patients to dialysis centers in Kerman. Profile Questionnaire study tools is included personal details,Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale& quality of life(BREF-WHOQOL) Scale; in high, medium and low categories. Pretest from both groups were performed; for Control group three sessions 45 minute training program quality of life by lecture, questions and answers and provide education booklet placing was carried out by the researcher. After one month, of posttest in both groups were performed. Data analysis using descriptive and inferential statistics,( Mean, std. Deviation, t Independent ,t Paired and Chi Square) was performed by SPSS/15 software

Description
A Pamphlet in (physical, mental, social, and family) dimensions was prepared and was approved by 10 authoritative instructors from various departments of nursing, medicine and the nephrologist. During three 45-minute sessions with an interval of 10 days between any two of them, training was given individually in the form of speech, and questions and answers were given individually, too.
