This proposal suggest: a study of the implementation and evaluation of learning contracts in a clinical context for a group of students who will be in their third year of study in a pre-registration bachelor of nursing degree program in Tehran University of Medical Sciences. A learning contract will be implemented as a learning tool in the 30 students' clinical placement in pediatric nursing and 30 students enrroled in control group . A clinical trial with control group approach will be used in this study. Data will be collected from questionnaires 2 week after intervention and Data anlysed by SPSS
