Effect of a training program based on principles of motivational interviewing on Brtyvry BASNEF and promote the use of personal protective equipment at the glass factory workers in Hamadan
This study is a controlled educational trial in 2013 to determine the effectiveness of model-based curriculum and the principles of motivational interviewing in promoting behavior BASNEF use personal protective equipment, glass factory workers have been designed. The purpose of the workers of the factories, glass and studied glass factory in Hamedan 80 are (a shift to intervene and shift the other as a control) is random (lottery) of the two groups are assigned . Inclusion criteria: primary condition Tvlydmybashd line workers. Inclusion criteria: primary condition of workers in the production line. Criteria for entry into the study and contemplation stages prior to the use of personal protective equipment and work are in line. Exclusion criteria: those who are willing to work. The time can be excluded. Those who have missed two training sessions. Primary outcome increased use of personal protective equipment, workers and lower secondary outcome events - Reduced absenteeism - reducing costs and increasing awareness of economic knowledge and practice and self-efficacy of workers
