This study intends to specify the ideal dosage of propofol in such a way that has the least side effect and,at the same time,has the most curing characteristics in patients.Inclusion criteria:ASAclass-1;age between15-55 years. Exclusion criteria:ASAclass>2;Addiction;liver,kidney,cardiac disease;sensivity for egg;Hemodinamic unstability.The target sample size consists of 58 patients that have been equally divided into two groups:A(50ug/kg/min)and B(100ug/kg/min).After being anesthetically induced with the same dosage,according to their weights,they have been infused by propofol.During the surgical operation,the infusion continues and it stop15 minutes before the termination of the operation.The systolic and dystolic blood pressure,main arterial and heart rate in the minutes 0-2-5-10-15-20-30-45-60-120-240-360are registered and BIS of the patient registered during the surgical operation.
