The present research is an experimental study that will conduct on pregnant mother who have inclusion criteria that referred in the selected health centers. The population research sample randomly allocated to intervention and control group. After explaining the research objectives to the subjects, informed consent will be obtained. The educational program for the intervention group and their husbands , will be held in two sessions with four-week intervals. Telephone counseling to the intervention group will be given between visits . In addition to Education, the presence of husband at the time of prenatal care visits is necessary. The first questionnaire, which included a demographic information will be completed by the mothers and their partners in two groups. Pregnant women belonging to the control group after completing the questionnaire, will receive routine care during pregnancy and. One month after delivery, breastfeeding self-efficacy standard questionnaire to be completed by both the intervention and control groups and the results will be compared with each other.

Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnancy between weeks 26 to 30; ages 18 to 35; able to speak Persian and Turkish; the absence of mental illness;uncomplicated pregnancy; no consumption of psychiatric drugs; Wanted pregnancy; No Prohibition of breastfeeding for various reasons.
Exclusion criteria: Dissatisfaction and lack of interest in to continue cooperation;the the absence of training sessions by pregnant women and their husbands; abnormalities and fetal death and infant diagnosed; unwanted pregnancy; complications of pregnancy during the intervention; Prohibition of breastfeeding for various reasons.

Description
Intervention group (pregnant women accompanying with their husbands) will receive training regarding the prenatal care and psychological support in two sessions every four weeks. They will receive the telephone consultations after the second training session up to delivery time. The women will receive prenatal routine care in health centers too.
