This study is a randomized clinical training. The target population consisted of all nurses in intensive care units in medical centers and hospitals where it is. The sample consisted of all nurses working in three shifts, morning, noon and night in the ICU intensive care unit of the hospital where the military is selected.
The intervention included providing training to interpret arterial blood gases and the lecture content in the form of an electronic package. Assembly 66 is the sample size
The intervention included providing training to interpret arterial blood gases and the lecture content in the form of an electronic package. 2-month intervention period is considered. Before the intervention, the test will be performed. Hospitals based on pre-test scores were randomly assigned in groups of e-learning, the lecture group and the control group will be assigned. After the intervention, a 2-week training is offered. The first test will be done and then 2 months later recall test or 2 test will be performed. Using the Software (21) SPSS and statistical tests to assess the results will be good.

E- packet containing the necessary training in the physiology of gas exchange and oxygenation, acid-base balance, acid-base disorders are presented along with relevant examples.
