This is a quasi-experimental (two groups before - after) research, studied the effect of in person training and use of check list methods on nursing performance to applying the Instructions for the safe in hospital transport of patients in intensive care units. Environment of research is Sina and Prophet Muhammad Hospital ICUs and the research's community is nurses in intensive care units. The sample size in each period (one month before and one month after intervention) is a 100 transfer cases. The study is implemented in two stages. In the first stage, the performances of nurses in intervention and control group about in-hospital transfer of patient in ICUS are examined through researcher made observational check lists. Secondly, training instructions for safe in-hospital transport through workshop will be given to the intervention group and the control group received only check list of safe in-hospital transport, to any transfer of the patient to make using of it. Then, the data is collected one month after the intervention; this means that nurses in both groups again are examined by the same check list, in one month period.
