The present study is a randomized clinical trial that has been designed on 80 patients hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit , which will be played randomly grouped . The unification of the two independent and Background groups will be considered based on random variables for categories . Age range 20 to 60 years ; trauma patients with GCS less than 8 scale glascow of the patient inclusion criteria for this study will be the patients with a history of recent surgery oropharynx and chest , as well as patients with immunodeficiency disorders coagulation of the study removed will . Minimum suction patients 3 days and a maximum of 5 days will be excluded samples with less than three days and continue treatment in accordance with the Program will be ICU routine .
