This study is a single blind, randomized clinical trial. 314 women aged 20 to 70 years allocated randomly in 2 groups (Role playing and Lecture). The study population was all women who referred to one of the Cultural Centers in Isfahan. Inclusion criteria included women aged 20 to 70 years and not participate in other educational interventions. Exclusion criteria was unwillingness to continue the participation in research. Data gathering was done by questionnaire before and after educational interventions.
