The purpose of this study is to investigate the evaluation of manual techniques in balance improvement in such patients. Inclusion criteria: Pain and discomfort in sacroiliac joint; having symptoms in last 3 month. Exclusion criteria: Balance disorders; disc herniation; flat foot; structural leg lenght discrepancy.
50 patients aged betwee 20 and 50 were divided in to 2 groups of intervention (N=25) and placebo (N=25). Each Participant stood on force platform for 30 seconds in 3 separate trial before and after the treatment in both groups and balance indicators were measured before and immediately after positioning and manipulation treatment. Manual techniques for intervention group and the placebo manual techniques (positioning) for the placebo participants were applied in a singel session. This study is a single blinded one.

Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: limitation; pain and discomfort in sacroiliac joint; having symptoms in last 3 month; positive clinical examination of sacroiliac and iliosacral joint tests and verified by the second therapist; pain less than score 6 in Numeric Rating Scale (NRS); the maximum score between 20 and 40 in Oswestry Disability Questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria: rheumatic and systemic diseases (diabetes); balance disorders (neural and vestibular disorders); inflamatory and infectious diseases of spine; spinal surgery; disc herniation; structural leg lenght discrepancy; foot disorders; flat foot; non specific low back pain (referal pain); neural sytem disorders (Parkinson, Multiple Sclerosis, Neuropathy); patients with history of past fractures, dislocation and arthrosis of lumbar, hip and back aslo excluded from the study .

Description
manipulation techniques (High velocity low amplitude thrust)in intervention group was applied: The patient lay down supine while he interlocked both hands behind his neck. Patient's trunk is in the neutral position and the therapist stood on the unaffected side and bent the patient to the affected side. Then the therapist rotated the patient and then applied a quick thrust to the anterior superior iliac spine in a posterior and inferior direction. The technique repeated up to 3 times .
