The target of the study: prevention of ileus following abdominal surgery. Study design: blind, randomized. The method of the study include: study population: women admitted to Valiasr hospital of Fasa city. Main inclusion criteria: maximum of forty-five years of age; general anesthesia and the average surgery time the same. Main exclusion criteria: acute and chronic use of opioids after surgery; artificial airway; peripheral vascular disease; the need for embedded ostomy; blood transfusion; thyroid disease and diabetes; neurological diseases; muscular and hepatic disease. Sample size: 120 people. Intervention study: acupressure at two points Hegu and Zusanli. Intervention time: set twenty minutes at each of the points ten minutes. Study outcome: after the intervention is expected to faster return gastrointestinal motility in the intervention group than control group.

Description
Acupressure in the intervention group plays twice, the first step in the transmission of the Patient be about an hour.The second phase of intervention is approximately three hours after the first intervention.
