This study is a controlled clinical trial to Compare two methods to determine the impact of individual and group training based on health belief model on beliefs and practices related to Pap smear in women at Bushehr.Study inclusion criteria: Passed with minimum of 6 months of marriage, having no hysterectomy, cervical cancer, or other cancers and no Pap smear test in the past three years. Exclusion criteria included unwillingness to participate in the study.method of sampling is a multi-stage sampling, so that, among 10 health care facility in Bushehr, randomly selected three centers and randomly selected one of the centers for group training, personal training and a center to the control group dedicated to be.The subjects were all married women aged 20 to 65 urban health centers in Bushehr. The sample size of 150 and an intervention group and personal training in groups of 50 members and a group of non-intervention (control), 50 person in the year of 92-93 will be considered.3 months post-training follow-up Pap smears are the three groups.
