The aim of current study is investigation the efficiency of Behavioral Couple Therapy on increase General health and decrease marital conflicts in infertile couples of Kermanshah motazadi hospital. This study is a pretest - post test study with control group. The research community is infertile couples of motazedi hospital and the required sample is 24 couples. Inclusion criteria: mild to moderate score depression in General health inventory. Exclusion criteria: Existence of Axis I disorder or any other obvious personality disorder on Axis II.
After sampling the subjects are randomly divided into two groups: Behavioral Couple Therapy and control groups. Data are collected at baseline and after interventions. Intervention group receive Behavioral Couple Therapy in10 sessions. any session 1.5 hour in Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences.

Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Mild to moderate depression in General health Inventory (BDI-II); Verified the criteria of major depression in patients with major depressive disorder Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV-TR or the SCID-I; Not receiving other concurrent psychiatric treatment or psychotherapy; the absence of other disorder in Axis 1; The absence of oher disorder in Axis 2; Consent to participate in the study and signed a consent form; Not interfere in the process of infertility treatment.
Exclusion criteria in this study include: Existence of Axis I disorder or any other obvious personality disorder on Axis II; Health problems that would interfere with ongoing psychotherapy; Out of people who may be affected by their infertility treatment process.
