the people that ranged between age 17to37 and have bilateral mandibular impacted teeth and categorize them into two group one group get usual transcription like gelofen and amoxicellen and mouth wash but other gpoup not only get the usual transcription but also add anaheal capsules to reduce pain ,swelling and trismus after surgery.Inclusion criteria: wisdom mandibular teeth left and right in same condition , 17 to 37 years, healthy Exclusion criteria: dissimilarity situation impacted mandibular teeth left and right; systemic problems for these patients once after the surgery a routine drugs such as amoxicillin Gelofen and mouthwash then the pain and swelling and trismus by measuring criteria, if specified, then in the second round of surgery on the opposite side, in addition to drugs Previous capsules Anaheal added and the pain and swelling Trismus based on criteria pink Characterized.
