(1) Objective: To compare Abdominal physical exam skills in nursing students between control group and experimental group (standardized patient), (2) Design: In an experimental study, after randomization of nursing student between 2 groups; student will be taught, then will be assessed in 3 phases, (3) setting & conduct: control group that will be taught by lecturing and CD) and experimental group that will take the teaching by standardized patient; OSCE test will perform to evaluate their skills at 3 stages (pretest, posttest, and recall test), (4) Participants including major eligibility criteria: Inclusion criteria: All 3rd trimester nursing student that has taken "physical assessment" course; willingly cooperate in this study; Exclusion criteria: Students who are absent in exams (pretest, posttest and recall test); students who absent in teaching classes, (5) Intervention: physical examination skills teaching by lecturing and watching CD; or by using standardized patient, (6) main outcome measures: primary outcome variable, physical examination skills; measured before, 1 week and 3 weeks after interventions; using a physical exam checklist.
