Compare of influence different two suture techeniques on periodontal healh of the mandibular second molars after extraction of impact third molar
Of the patients admitted to the Dental School, Ahwaz 13 patients with mandibular third molar impaction bilaterally are selected according to the inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria for the study group were:
•totally bone-impacted mandibular third molar with mesioangular or vertical classification and requiring ostectomy and odontotomy
•age< 25 years
•nonsmoker
•Over the last 6 months are not undergoing surgery or periodontal treatment
•Any systemic disease, bleeding disorders, and did not have periodontal disease.
•The second molar is healthy and no cavities or fillings in teeth is not distal
operative examination included probing pocket depth, gingival index and plaque index measured at the distal surface of the second molars before surgery and 3,6 months after surgery
