The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of the division of labor and the quality of patient care procedures. This study is a quasi-experimental study will do at the same time at 4 ccu training centers, research and treatment Ghaem and Imam Reza in Mashhad in 1393. The inclusion criteria for patients, hospitalized for at least 24 hours ccu, dominate the Persian language, written consent to participate in the study and the inclusion criteria for Nurses: A minimum of 2 years experience working in the ccu, a bachelor's degree in nursing and or above, attended the briefing and the Exclusion criteria: patient or nurse to transfer to another department and an unwillingness to continue to participate in the research. Similar studies using a sample size of 60 patients was estimated sample size estimation. After explaining the nurses every part of their introductory workshop will be held by the division of labor. Then the proper conduct of the case method will be monitored by the researcher. In the final discharge questionnaire was filled out by patients with quality care and to fill in the relevant sample size of these two methods will be implemented. Data analysis and will be compared quality of care in both primary nursing and case method.
