Midwives in the hospitals are divided into three groups and each group will receive one training method. E-book on cell phones that can be run on most mobile phones will be designed and given to first group. The second group will get education via audio podcasts that is placed on the a website. In the third group learning takes place through the booklet. Assessment of knowledge in the study will be completing researcher-made questionnaire before and 8 weeks after education. If any of these methods be effective, can be used for promoting midwives knowledge in this field.
