1) Obejective: the effect of teaching with simulation on the performance of nurses in neonatal resuscitation in Farideh Behbahani hospital. 2) Inclusion criteria: being employed in neonatal units; have undergraduate degree; passed resuscitation courses; have three years of experience; participation in training sessions; having consent to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria: not participate in training sessions; the reluctance to do study; lower score of 10 on the written test. 3) Study population and sample size: nursing staff including nurses and midwives, who are working in the field of neonatal Farideh Behbehani hospital, and their number is 40 people. 4) Interventions: neonatal resuscitation training with simulation and filming simultaneously and practicing on mannequin and view Educational Videos resuscitation 2011 in interventional group and study of neonatal resuscitation book (third edition) including changes resuscitation 2011 in control group, measuring the level of knowledge through written test and measuring the level of performance by performance checklist Before, immediately after and one month after training. 5) Primary outcomes: level of knowledge and performance of nurses.
