Comparing the effect of two methods of Workshop training and Team based learning on the level of knowlage, attitude and practice of nurses taking care of Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome in Neonatal Intensive Care Units
The project is Quasi Experimental study that Will compare the effect of two methods of Workshop training(Lecture) and Team based learning on the level of knowledge, attitude and practice of nurses taking care of Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome in Neonatal Intensive Care Units. Environment of this study are NICU of Kamali Hospital (Karaj) and Valiasr Hospital (Tehran) and community are the nurses occupied in two hospital. First, the nurses will assessed the knowledge, attitude and practice of nurses regarding the Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome by questionnaire. Second, Intervention will be beginning through classes at two centers, each with a method based on guidelines and standards of care. Third stage:after one month break from classes,we re evaluate the knowledge, attitude and practice staff using the same questionnaire again. Finally, after collecting data, the analysis will be done. Then, the data of each Workshop and Team based learning will be compared."
