The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of boiled dill (Anethum graveolens) seeds on the start of labor and compair it with oxytocin. Samples in this interventional study are 100 nulliparous women with inclusion and exclusion criteria from Sina hospital in Ahvaz city.If they have reactive NST,they inter to study and consented.We give 250cc boilled water with 0/018 gram per kilogram with one spoon suger to test group and 250cc boilled water with one spoon suger to control group afer entrance.Test group have Ringer serum but control group induction with 10 unit oxytosin in 1000cc Ringer.We start induction with 4 drop and each 15 min add 4 drops until 64 drops.Both group have 24 hour to start labour if it dosent start obestetrician decide about them.We check bishop score,period of induction to delivery,active phase and latent phase duration,second and third phase of labour.

Description
the control group received 250cc boiled water with one spoon suger just one time after admit orally. they have induction with oxytosin.induction start with 10 unit oxytosin in 1000 cc serum Ringer and it become with 4 drops and each 15 minutes added 4 drops untill 64 drop until 8 hour then they have 1000 cc Ringer serum each 8 hour until 24 hours.
