The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of computer games on children's self-efficacy in hemophilia. Children 8-12 years old who have a record of Hemophilia in Shiraz Shahid Dastgheib hospital participate in this study . The study involved 40 children with hemophilia and the sample was taken. Selected children according to inclusion criteria divided into 2 case and control group by randomizing blocking approach . Controls just review what they had learned about self efficacy steps and cases learned self efficacy steps in 2 sessions of playing Hemoaction game which is in World Federation of Hemophilia . Self Efficacy Rate was scaled by Sherer Questionnaire previously , exactly after and a month later of an intervention was done . Time of this study was from 22nd of June till 23rd of July in 2014 . The first output was that self efficacy rate of cases increased exactly after intervention . People under study and Statistic Counselor were blinded in this study .

Description
Interventions of Case Group :
After dividing children into this group , their basic knowledge was scaled by a questionnaire . Then during 2 sessions instruction of online Hemoaction in the steps of what hemophilia is , how to protect from bleeding , self care approaches such as Factor Injection was done . After verbal explanations about the mentioned game and finishing the steps , cases played it on their own . Immediately after intervention self efficacy rate was scaled by a questionnaire . In order to check the stability rate of what was learnt by cases , again self efficacy rate was scaled a month later .
Results: Based on the findings of this study, the mean self-efficacy scores of the samples before, after and one month after intervention were 53/25, 60/95, 60/90 in the test group, respectively and in the control group before and one month after the intervention were50/45 and 55/2 respectively.The findings revealed that self-efficacy scores after and before the intervention had significant difference.
Conclusions: Results showed that the effect of educational hemo-action games increased self-efficacy in the 12-8year’s old children with hemophilia

Control Group Intervention :
Before starting intervention , self efficacy rate of children was scaled by a questionnaire . Controls only reviewed previous taught . At the end of interventions and a month later self efficacy rate was again scaled . Lastly all the stuff taught to cases were given to controls in the shape of a booklet .
