The objectives of this study:
1. determining the effectiveness of e-learning on occupational health of radiation workers, working in TUMS medical imaging and therapeutic centers.
2. Assessing the effectiveness of e-learning on safty and radiation protection of radiation workers, working in TUMS medical imaging and therapeutic centers.
Design of the study:
Non randomized
The study population:
All radiation workers working in different parts of hospitals in Tehran University of Medical Sciences
The main criteria for inclusion:
This study has not inclusion criteria except to be Radiation worker of samples.
The main criteria for exclusion:
Being employed in jobs that do not deal with ionizing radiation.

400 workers employed at Tehran University of Medical Sciences
