This is a randomized quasi-experimental study performing among Qom paramedics and technicians employed at the emergency center. Since the study is interventional education and training is conducted by the main researchers of the project, any blind study isn't done. Inclusion criterion of study is to have at least operational one - year experience in emergency 115 and exclusion criterion with lack of regular participation in educational programs. The Total sample size is 320 subjects in this study. The time of this study is 20/1/2015 to 19/4/2015 for 3 months. The fist result of the study is to investigate the employed paramedics'' and technicians' knowledge and attitudes and other effective factors and finally evaluate effect of training sessions, lectures and Scenario on the staff's knowledge and attitude comparatively .
