Introduction: Chronic renal failure patient exposed to the problems and the many complications. Hemodialysis is one of the most common chronic renal failure control methods will be considered. The hypotension during hemodialysis is the most common serious complication of the procedure. This study aimed to impact blood pressure rate of acupressure on patients undergoing hemodialysis will be done.Materials and methods: The clinical study of 84 patients referred to hospitals in Mashhad dialysis method available in 3-groups, placebo and control groups will be selected, will be done. Data collection in 2 parts: demographic characteristics and blood pressure measurements help seekers is a chech list. Data analysis with Mann-Whitney and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test, using SPSS software version 21 at a significance level of P <0/05 Will be done.

Inclusion criteria: having at least the age of 15 years and a maximum of 85 years-a history of at least 2 months of dialysis and hemodialysis performed 2-3 times per week- the wish to participate in the implementation of the- Listening and speaking ability are accepted -having a half-sitting position - no history of muscle disease known. Exclusion criteria: any circumstances that create intervention for subjects during that continuation of the intervention are impossible, such as death, travel, etc. - you do not want to work.

Description
In the intervention group, the blood pressure of patients with conditions of participation in the plan is based on the inclusion criteria, with standard gauge pressure will measure. The acupressure points that affect blood pressure, including the LI4, KID9, ST36, PC6, each for a period of 5 minutes in addition to conventional therapy, massage will be given. After 3-5 minutes of the patient's blood pressure intervention again with standard pressure gauge will measure.
