In this clinical trial at Ali Asghar foster care of Mashhad, a stimulation development was utilized. Thirty children with the age of 1-3 years old eligible for inclusion criterion were randomly divided in to the intervention (15) and control (15) groups. Then the stimulation developmental was administered for children in the intervention group, three times a week for 8 weeks (24 sessions of two hours). Gross and fine motor,receptive and expressive Language developmental age of the children was assessed by Bayley Scales of Infant and toddler Development, before the intervention, 2 and after the intervention.
