Arthroscopy is a surgical treatment that was common decades ago, and today it is used on several occasions by orthopedic specialists such as ACL reconstruction surgery. Blocks are used to control postoperative pain such as the femoral nerve block has been used to occasionally fail. Maybe because it requires that innervation of obturator nerve in the knee. In this study, the target population consists of all patients undergoing elective knee arthroscopy surgery to repair ACL referred to Rasool Akram. Then the patients were randomly divided into two groups obturator and femoral blocks. Then all patients undergoing general anesthesia are the same technique. Before waking patients given 1 gr Apotel. In the recovery unit under ultrasound-guided obturator block or femoral block the local anesthetic injection. After that for unification of the management of pain in both groups PCA pumps is used for patients, time of the first dose and the overall dose will be calculated. After the block, the pain by using VAS and sedation score nerve block with standard Ramsay Score and The satisfaction rate, by a third person evaluated who does not know how to block patient.
