(1) Objectives :The aim of this study was to compare two competency-based educational methods and lectures on knowledge and practice of nurses in the field of triage
(2) Design : (2) Design: The population of the study consisted of all nursing staff working in Emergency Hospitals of Motahari, Rasoul-e-Ekm and Fatemeh Al Zahra. The groups included two intervention groups and one control group. , The sample size is 25 in each group, randomization is in the selection of intervention and control groups. This study is done in 3 hospitals and in one phase.
(3) Setting and conduct: In this study, information is collected through a questionnaire and a checklist two times before the intervention and one month after the intervention.
(4) Participants including major eligibility criteria: Nursing expert working in the emergency department. Unwillingness to participate in the study - Participate in similar studies.
(5) Intervention: In one intervention group, lectures were conducted at a one-day workshop, and in the intervention group, training was done based on the ability of individuals, and no intervention was performed in the control group.
(6) main outcome measures: The knowledge and practice of nurses in the field of triage was measured by a questionnaire and a checklist one month later.
