This study is a randomized clinical trial to evaluate the effect of spiritual care on self concept and body image of burnt women. The study population consisted of women admitted in the burn ward of Imam Reza (AS) hospital. The sample size is determined by a pilot study of 60 people who were selected by convenience sampling and randomly placed in one of the treatment and control groups. The main criterion, the percentage of burn between 10 to 65% and not to participate in spiritual care program and the main criterion for exclusion is sepsis and died or moved out of the patient before the intervention completed. In the intervention group, the spiritual care is done which relies on the relaxation and each patient is traind for 4 sessions over 2 weeks (for 90 minutes). After discharge, the researcher will make calls with patients in the intervention group once a week for 1 month (4 times). Beck self-concept test and satisfaction with appearance scale will complete at baseline, after discharge and one month after discharge for both groups. The primary outcome is to promote the self – concept level and improve body image of burnt women.

Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The desire to participate in the study; Burning Grade must be 2 or 3 degree that is medium or deep ;Burn percentage between 10% to 65%; Not to be in sepsis condition; The cause of burning is not suicide ; The lack of mental and physical chronic diseases; Patient has not the history of using of antidepressants, anti psychotics and mood stabilizers; To be able to communication and speaking; Aged between 20 and 60 years; To be able to reading and writing; The score of self-concept is too weak to moderate; Have a negative score of body image; Patient has not the history of previous burn that leads to scar; Patient has not the history of take part in educational courses related to spirituality.
Exclusion criteria: Mental illness in each of steps; Sepsis during study; Patient recovers significantly during the intervention, so that the scar has completely disappears; If the patient has missed more than one meeting; If the patient refuse to participate in the study and collaboration with researcher; Death / Immigration of patient before the intervention has been completed.

Description
The spiritual care based on relaxation will be done in the intervention group.The spiritual care package prepared by the researcher and approved by a professor of Islamic education and a clinical psychologist. The package includes four 90 minutes sessions that presents for 2 weeks. The concepts that will be presented during the sessions include: an introduction to the concept of control in life, relaxation, communication (God, others and self) and pray therapy. Every session will be presented with power points for every patient.
