The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of clinical teaching partner model on nursing students' learning Bushehr University of Medical Sciences So that if this method training had better effect on students' clinical skills as an alternative to the traditional way.
Design study: Inclusion criteria included full satisfaction of students to participate in study; nursing students who in five semester have obtained the operating room training unit ; Students are studying in the college of Nursing and Midwifery Bushehr. Exclusion criteria included student internship is spent operating room. This research is a quasi-experimental study.Examples include all five semesters of nursing students who are 45 is that for all census and randomly assigned into two groups experimental (n = 23) and control (n = 22) will be considered.Students experimental group under the supervision of a professor of clinical and with colleagues, clinical teaching partner during the eight days they spend their internship and control group of students under the supervision of clinical faculty routinely spend their internship in 8 days. To evaluate the intervention effect before and after training clinical skills students will be evaluated using questionnaires.

In the control group students into two groups of seven and one of eight divided.The duration of training for each group of eight days.Training students in the control group performed only by coach college. Using a questionnaire before and after intervention, clinical skills students will be tested in three groups.
